As first time homebuyers, we didnt really know what to expect, we had a limited budget, and were using the WA state first time homebuyers program for down payment assistance. We were a little freaked out about everything at first, but Gerene really made us feel comfortable, we trusted her a lot and she did an amazing job working with us. It seemed like she was literally, always avalible, even if we texted her at weird hours.
