Celia Samuelson

Real Estate Broker

Hometown: North Island of New Zealand

Education: University of Montana, BA in Sociology; AAAS business degrees at Shoreline Community College.

Specialty: Seattle’s north end, but I’m happy to assist clients throughout Puget Sound.

Past to present: Property manager—from Lynnwood to Federal Way—for nine years, before switching to a residential real estate career with the goal of helping my neighbors achieve their dreams of homeownership.

In my downtime: I consider myself to be a chicken wing enthusiast and enjoy singing karaoke. Friends describe me as genuine, organized, determined, silly, and an expert with maps and navigation.

My loves: I reside in Kenmore with my husband and our son, Waylon.

From my colleagues:

I’ve known Celia since our high school days on the track and field team. She has always been the person you want on your team—the first to offer help when needed and the one who’s there to pick you up when you’re down—all while offering encouragement along the way. Hard work and athletic ability earned her a college scholarship, and, not surprisingly, that same attitude and work ethic has carried through in her professional career. Her experience in property management and deep understanding of client care has served both her and her clients well. She goes above and beyond with everyone she cares about—personally and professionally—and I feel lucky to be sharing the baton with her again.
